Purchased audio files may be used for personal listening and storage. The audio files may not be redistributed, resold, shared with third parties, or made publicly available online. Please contact us in advance if you wish to use the audio in video, broadcasting, streaming, or other media.

Purchased scores may be used for study, analysis, consideration of performance, and performance preparation. Copies may be printed as reasonably necessary for use by the purchaser or the purchasing organization. The PDF file itself may not be redistributed, resold, shared with third parties, or made publicly available.

Purchased parts may be used for rehearsals and performances by the purchaser or the purchasing ensemble or organization. The number of copies reasonably necessary for a performance by that ensemble or organization may be printed. The PDF files themselves may not be redistributed, resold, shared with third parties, or made publicly available.

Legitimately purchased sheet music may be used for public performances. No separate performance permission from the composer is required.

Where a performance, recording, streaming, or other use requires notification, permission, or payment of fees to a performing-rights organization or other relevant party, the user or presenter is responsible for completing the necessary procedures.

If a performance is planned, we would be delighted to hear about the date, venue, and performers or ensemble. Notification is appreciated but is not a condition of permission to perform the work.
